Experienced woman Lactation Consultant based in New Zealand, Marcia Annandale, coordinates the IBFAN Pacific work and she has been able to establish new contacts in the countries of PA and the islands. She mobilized action for participation at the APCON and played a key role in mobilizing action to perform countries assessment of status of IYCF for the purpose of presentation at the APCON.
